Sun
Are you going on a business trip to a sunny destination? Then be aware of the sun and its power. It's wise to be careful with direct sunlight, so you don't damage your skin or get heatstroke.
Some tips:
- Don't go out into the blazing sun between 11.00 AM and 3.00PM.
- Adjust your activities according to the sun, temperature, and climate.
- Make sure to drink enough water.
- In strong sunlight: wear long clothing and cover your head.
- Use good sunscreen (even if you spend lots of time in the shade) on yourself and any children you bring on your trip, with a high sun protection factor (SPF of 50+).
- Avoid walking barefoot; you run the risk of burning your feet.
