You can only make an appointment if your employer has a contract with KLM Health Services for the service you want to book. Without this contract, you cannot make an appointment. Not sure? Check with your employer what is available to you. Travel advice and vaccinations for private travel are not available, even if your employer is a client.
You cannot currently make an appointment for a flu jab. Once appointments are available, the ‘Flu jab’ option will appear in the menu below. You can only book this if your employer has a contract for flu jabs.
Are you a crew member, does your employer have a contract for the service you want to book, and are you unable to find a suitable time slot before your flight? Send an email with your personnel ID, date of birth, email address and telephone number. We will contact you within two working days to discuss the options.
Please note: flu jab appointments cannot yet be made by email either.
