Aim and result

As a shift leader you carry out the company emergency plan. If there is a fire or any other emergency, you provide operational leadership to all the company emergency response officers within your organisation.

You give the signal to act, assign tasks to different company emergency response officers, and serve as the first point of contact for colleagues and professional emergency services. You ensure that company emergency response officers complete recurrent training and you manage company emergency response resources.

Recurrent training

You periodically complete recurrent training to maintain your knowledge and skills and to ensure that you have a valid certificate. Recurrent training only takes a single day.
